Rony Sarker, chef/owner of Jackson’s Kitchen, is proud to cook for you.  Lexington natives, he and his wife, Kim Bergey, met in high school while working at the memorable Lexington Center café One Meriam Street.  That was just the beginning.  Since then, Rony has cultivated a strong background in Italian cooking working in numerous restaurants in the Boston area and running his own successful pizzeria.

In 2001, Rony accepted the position of chef at L’Alouette in Lexington, where he developed a passion for French cuisine working with renowned chef/owner Serge Lebosse.  It was there Rony discovered that the same gourmet food he catered at banquets and fine dining occasions can be casually enjoyed through take-out prepared entrees.

Now, he and his wife are very excited to create a friendly “neighborhood corner store” experience, where serving up a great steak & cheese sandwich is just as important to them as helping you plan a menu for your special catered event.  They opened their doors in June 2010 and look forward to a long standing relationship with the Lexington/Arlington community and beyond. Jackson’s Kitchen is named for their beloved 2-year-old son, Jackson.
